After making her wait for... um... ever... I've finally finished my half of an Art Trade with . (My most profuse apologies for making you wait so very long, hon! :sheepish: I only hope that you're happy with the result!)

This is a depiction of :usertheJackbull:'s equine fursona. I hope that I got the details right! I had fun experimenting with the clouds and I enjoyed the equine part of this piece as well. However, I absolutely hated the wings! I am terrible at wings. I will admit that right now with no qualms. In fact, I'm quite sure that's what kept me from finishing this for so long, as I'd dreaded working on the wings. Honestly, they're better than I thought they'd be... at least you can tell what they're supposed to be!

Anyway - this was created in my usual process - scanned the sketch, colored it in Photoshop (and a bit on Photopaint), created a background, merged the two and finished it up. Nothing very unusual...

Wow, good shading and lighting effects. Any other effects like the clouds are awesome, too. The whole idea is original and nice.

oh it's simply wonderful. ^^ i honestly wish i could do horses....... ^^;

i like the wings, you did a good job! they do have a few problems, but nothing major. ^^ i like!

It was worth waiting for but i could have saved you the evilness of the wings, since my fursona doesnt have any ;) Just the arms, the wings were ripped off. But its lovelier like this i believe. Awesome job. =]

Augh! *ducks head sheepishly* Dangnabbit... I lost the reference page/link for your fursona, and was just going from memory. I thought I recalled other pics of her with wings. Or maybe I just read 'tattered wings' and didn't realize what that meant. :Sheepish: Heh... maybe this could be a 'before' pic. :giggle:

I'm sorry for goofing her up... but I'm just so glad that you're okay with the result!
